Need to miss a lesson? No problem!

Step One: Call, Text, or email us!

It is no problem if you need to miss a lesson. Please just inform the office by close of business the day prior that you will need to miss and provide the date (or dates) you will need to miss, along with the teacher's name and lesson time. We will take care of notifying the teacher! 

Step Two: Schedule a make up lesson as soon as possible

When you cancel a lesson in advance, that slot becomes a make-up option for another student. You can learn more about make-ups HERE. Make up lessons are never guaranteed, but students do have up to six months from the original absence date to schedule a make-up lesson. The office does keep track of all absences, but it is helpful to provide the original missed date when signing up for a make-up. Please note that same-day cancellations and no-shows are NOT eligible for a make-up. Even if you are able to schedule one using our online scheduler, Music Makers reserves the right to cancel a non-eligible lesson.

Just email us no later than the 15th of the month in which you want to complete your lessons. You would finish out the month and be removed from the auto-debit/auto-bill before the following month's charge on the 1st. 

In person

Please stop by our office and fill out a withdrawal form no later than the 15th of the month in which you want to complete your lessons. You would finish out the month and be removed from the auto-debit/auto-bill before the following month's charge on the 1st. 

 

We MUST have your withdrawal notice in the office by the 15th of the month, IN WRITING. Please do not just inform your teacher. Email date received must have been submitted by the 15th to avoid missing the deadline.
