Our Music Makers Theatre (MMT) Musical Theatre program is the perfect place for younger students to begin their musical theatre experience and for more seasoned actors to improve their theatrical skills! Music Makers is a FAMILY owned music and theatre school. Our classes are taught with positive, encouraging teaching styles and our performances will always be an excellent choice for ALL ages to attend. Students will be taught by our staff of professional educators who will guide them with patience, creativity, and laughter!
Our programs culminate with fully-staged performances!

Music Makers of Western Springs is a FAMILY owned private music school that also houses a youth musical theatre program, Music Makers Theatre (MMT). Founded in 1978, MMT originally took place in the humble gym stage in the Grand Avenue Community Center. We are now blessed to be performing in state of the art venues throughout our local communities. Our classes are taught with positive, encouraging teaching styles, by our staff of professional educators who will guide them with patience, creativity, and laughter! Our fully-staged performances highlight professional set design, costuming, lighting and sound, and will always be an excellent choice for ALL ages to attend.
Once enrolled, students will be cast in a role and will work with our directors on their lines, singing, and choreography, no matter their experience or skill level--NO PART IS EVER A SMALL PART! Each program will culminate in fully-staged, live performances!
Tuition for our theatre program is all-inclusive and includes weekly classes, primary costumes, a libretto book/script, an MMT tote bag, a show t-shirt, and access to all digital production photos from our professional photographer.
