Please read through the following important information in regard to general theatre policies as well as ticketing policies including purchases, refunds and exchanges.

Ticketing Information For All Shows
All seating is now RESERVED. All seats will be chosen at the time of purchase online.
There is NO MIDDLE AISLE in the theatre, so please take that into consideration when choosing your seats, especially if you have infants or small children who may need a small break.
ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL!
Please double check when placing your order that you have selected the proper show date/time and number of tickets needed.
Every individual must show proof of ticket to enter the theatre. Infants are the only exception.
There are no refunds after purchases are made.
Tickets are non-transferable between shows.
TICKET EXCHANGE
Ticket purchasers may exchange tickets on their own, however every individual must show proof of ticket in order to enter the theatre.
With any purchase or exchange, the ticket holder must match ticket type purchased.
Neither the Music Makers Theatre (MMT)Team nor the Music Makers office will oversee or coordinate any ticket exchanges.
TICKETS AT THE DOOR
Tickets will be for sale at the theatre IF seats are available.
We strongly recommend that friends and family look at the seat availability online before assuming that there will be available tickets at the theatre.
TICKET LIMITS
We are not limiting the number of tickets each family can purchase, however, please keep in mind that all tickets are non-refundable and the ticket holder must match ticket type purchased.
TICKET PRICES
Please purchase the appropriate ticket(s) for all members in your group. There will be a dropdown choice at the point of purchase.
Ticket Prices for Standard Admission Seats: $25.00
Ticket Prices for Child (3 years & younger) and Senior (65 years & older): $15.00.
Lap Infants/babies (not toddlers) are not charged.
We trust our patrons will purchase the correct ticket type, in reference to the discounted Child and Senior tickets.
HANDICAP SEATING
There is no designated handicap seating in the theatre. If a patron has a wheelchair or walker we recommend that the partner chose an aisle seat close to the stage, and the wheelchair/walker may sit in the aisle if necessary.
Additional Show Information

Doors will open 15 minutes before each performance.
MOANA JR. run time is approximately 60 minutes. No intermission.
MATILDA JR. run time is approximately 90 minutes. No intermission.
Theatre doors will close at the beginning of each performance. If you arrive late we will ask that you wait to enter during applause, after a song or scene.
We ask that if you must leave the theatre for any reason during the performances, please leave (and re-enter) during applause, after a song or scene.
Food and beverages are not allowed inside the theatre.
Personal belongings lost or left at the theatre are the responsibility of the owner.

Lyons Township High School South Campus, Performing Arts Center (PAC)
Detailed Directions for the Parking Lot and Best Entrances to Access the Theatre
The PAC is tucked away behind the school on the west side of the campus. The only way to simply find it is to park in the last lot, on the far south end of the building. You will pass the main building driving south on Willow Springs Road, and turn right into the drive (after the light) into the last drive. The Corral Building will be directly on your left when you turn into the parking lot. Then, drive all the way to the westernmost part of the parking lot and find a spot.
There are two entrances you can use. One is a double set of glass doors right off the end of the lot near the handicapped parking that will wind you through the interior path. The other is an exterior entrance directly into the PAC lobby. Please refer to the map for details.

HANDICAP PARKING IS LOCATED IN THIS LOT AS WELL, BUT PLEASE BE AWARE THAT IT IS A LONG WALK TO THE THEATRE, EVEN FROM THIS LOT.
